Description
A system that can be used to export data from the Postgresql database to a .csv file.
User requirements
- Data from the database should be exportable to CSV format by the administrator
Techical requirements
- A function on the Node.js server which handles the query and conversion

- #125 US306 - As an end user, I want to receive the CSV file via email which shows the data I filled in to the survey.
- #113 US314 - As an admin user, I would like to be able to export the latest results from skill collector database in CSV Format
Testing / possible acceptance criteria
User acceptance:
- The feature should meet the requirements and expectations of JAMK university personnel.
- The feature should be tested and validated by JAMK university personnel before being released.
