- External text-based user interface for admin to control the service.
Functional requirements
- Panel needs to have an authorization implemented
- Admin needs to be able to import SFIA skills through the admin panel.
- Admin needs to be able to access active hashes through the panel.
- Admin needs to be able to view analytics data through the admin panel.

- Panel needs to have user authorization to prevent unwanted users.
