Referring to your request for offer request 16.01.2023, we offer you the following service product:
1. Object of the tender and procurement situation
The "Skill Collector" to be implemented in this case means an entity comprising the following functionalities:
- User goes to site domain (FEA11-Service-Domain-Name), which has secured connection (FEA10-Secured Connection)
- The user can log in with the hash code. When they log in, they see a little info and a GDPR info (FEA04-GDPR-Info), after which they can start filling out the survey.
- The database retrieves (FEA23-skill data-importer) the SFIA skills and after that the soft skills (FEA29-Softskill-selection-view) and SFIA skills are generated on the page
- If desired, the user can highlight (FEA28-Skill-Search) certain points in the survey and get more information (FEA20-skill-info-view) about the skills.
- User can see their progress from progress bar (FEA30-Progress-Bar)
- User can give feedback (FEA03-Customer-Feedback-system)
- Data stored to the database can be retrieved as a csv file (FEA22-data-csv-exporter)
- Backup system (FEA01-Backup-System) from the databases to ensure that no data will be lost at any point
- On CSC server there are environments for testing (FEA09-Service-Testing-Environmemt) and production (FEA08-Service-Production-Environment) containerized (FEA06-Service-Containerized) with Docker
- Admin can create new hash codes and see database entrys from text based admin interface (FEA27-Admin-Panel), they can also manage end users' hash values (FEA24-user-management)
- Authorization system (FEA26-User-Authorization) for the system adminstrators
- We have automated testing (FEA07-Service-Regression-Test-Automatized)!
- External service for capturing and analyzing (FEA02-Service-Analytics) the usage rate and other data about the service
- Logging system (FEA05-Log-Management-System) to the server side. With logs we can scan for suspicious usage.
